Life can get so busy some times. It is good to sit back and chill every once and a while.
Tonight I am chilling, at least I hope too, but sometimes the best times happen when they are unplanned. So who knows!
Watched a bloody good movie last night. Into the Wild, felt all inspired to pack up and sell all my shit and backpack my way around the south island. Think of it, living off the bare minimum, meeting new people every other day, seeing some totally awesome sights.
Wicked.
Of course in my imagination I would be with someone, because whats the point of seeing all these wonders if you can't share them?
The movie, as I was already told, was rather inspiration.
It takes a human being right back to their roots and the very basics of their instincts.
What an adventure that could be. I rely too much on technology these days, and the material things I hold so dear.
I admire those who live close lifestyles to that of a hippie. In this day and age, I am surprised more people aren't taking a page out of their book and living like that.
That's why I admire my sister so much in Dunedin.
She is bringing her children up the all natural way. Washing their cotton nappies, feeding them all natural veges from her own garden and teaching them the best values about family. (Making sure their auntie has a major part in their lives no matter how far away she lives!)
With effort, I know I could be like that, its just whether I truly want to give up some "life necessities."
Anyways, a few things to ponder, I'm off to get some dvds.
Peace Out- T xx
